Triennial Independent Review
Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2014 – Independent review (2024)
In accordance with clause 24.2 of the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2014 (the “CR Code”) illion requested KPMG to conduct an independent review of its operations and processes.
The purpose of the review was to assess illion’s compliance with its obligations under Part IIIA of the Privacy Act 1988, the Privacy Regulation 2013 and the CR Code.
illion is pleased to make the 2024 report publicly available and the report’s confirmation that illion is compliant with its obligations under Part IIIA of the Privacy Act 1988, the Privacy Regulation 2013 and the CR Code.
