For illion Decisioning Solutions (IDS) / Commercial B2B customers our new Commercial Monitoring solution delivers a range of improvements and new features to help you better monitor alerts that are critical to your business. Following is a summary of the enhancements we’ve made.
Performance
New and improved API capabilities – Our new monitoring API has been built with updated infastructure and data pulling capabilities, making it easier and more efficient to use while also allowing for easier integration with modern API solutions. What’s more, efficent and timely set up ensures you’re not missing out on key changes or alerts that are critical to your business.
Faster alerts – Further improvements to our database infrastructure mean monitoring alerts are now sent close to real time – within 15 minutes from when they are picked up by our commercial bureau.
Alignment of features – Monitoring functionality has been significantly updated for API integrated customers to closer align with our illion Direct monitoring solution; this means you can easily manage your monitoring profiles and alerts across different channels.
Functionality
Customise what triggers alerts – Pick and choose the alerts you’d like to receive for your commercial monitoring profiles.
New alert triggers – We’ve greatly increased the number of changes that can now be monitored with the addition of over 100 new data elements added. Things such as Director Adverse, wind-up actions, liquidation, shareholder changes and company detail changes have all been added, so you can now receive alerts on things as they change in real time for entities you choose to monitor.
A simpler billing system – We have simplified our billing process to a monthly basis for entities that you monitor; this allows for greater flexibility when adding or removing entities to your monitoring profiles. There are no changes to pricing.
A better way to monitor for score changes – We’ve added the ability to choose destination score bands that trigger alerts based on your risk appetite. You can pick and choose whether you would like to receive alerts on both negative and positive score band changes.
Usability
We’ve added the ability to set up customisable monitoring profiles where you can decide who receive the alerts, what you would like to receive alerts on and for which entities including:
Personal profiles – Private and unique to individual users meaning only you as a user can view, edit or receive notifications for this profile and allows you to set up specific monitoring profiles that are only relevant to you as an individual user.
Shared profiles – These can now be viewed by all users who are subscribed to them and can be locked or unlocked to make edits to the profile. This is a great tool for larger businesses as there is no limit to the number of users that can be subscribed to the profile, meaning you can have as many users subscribed as you need. These can be set up to be utilised by different areas of your business depending on your needs.
Email notifications – You can now receive email notifications of alerts from profiles that you are subscribed to, emails can be configured to go out for each individual alert or in summary format depending on what your business needs. This allows you to stay up to date on the businesses that you are monitoring without the need of logging in every day. Alerts can be sent to any email you set including shared inboxes, meaning your business can be alerted to monitored entities easily.
