What steps has illion taken to transition its services to the cloud safely?
We have engaged the expertise of our independent third party consultants to advise us on cloud security and compliance requirements . These checks are in addition to the assurance provided through the extensive involvement and oversight of our internal Technology Security Team.
Will there be a disruption to the services illion supplies to me during the migration?
There will be minimal disruption to your service when the illion application is migrated. The migration will occur outside of business hours. As per our normal processes we will provide you with advanced notice of when the migration will occur. To find out more, contact cloud@illion.com.au.
Will my pricing change when the illion services move to the cloud?
Pricing for illion services will remain as per your current contracts.
Will the changes impact on the compliance standards that illion meets today?
No, the changes will have not have any impact on the compliance standards illion meets today.
Can I test systems with the cloud versions of solutions prior to the change in production?
Yes. Should you wish to perform testing before the change in production, please contact cloud@illion.com.au for details on how to access our Cloud Client Test Environments.
Will I need to use a new URL to access illion services?
No. URLs for all standard illion solutions, including B2B API solutions and web channels such as illion Direct and illion Decisioning, will remain the same.
